Andrea is the person leaders call when something isn't quite working but the cause is elusive. She founded NoNonsense Consulting in 2009 and is the co-author of 'The Effectiveness Edge: How Organization Effectiveness Unlocks Performance'.
In her spare time Andrea is a Trustee of the charity 'Precious Sisters' and oversights Police Complaints.
